The FACTS 2 clinical trial design and simulation software is a fully supported, commercialized package that allows a rapid stepwise design of both fixed and adaptive trials.
FACTS software will enable the companies to evaluate a range of advanced statistical approach when designing trials, and it will give them access to a growing range of trial design ideas.
In addition, the software provides access to better phase 1 and phase 2 trial designs, that can save millions of dollars in phase 2 drug development, and make better choices of the dose to test in phase 3.
FACTS also enable biostatisticians to easily select between options and simulate multiple scenarios so that different design features can be evaluated.
