The upgradation includes adoption of Oracle Argus Safety 7.0, a safety database and regulatory reporting system.
Oracle Argus Safety is believed to help Novella provide efficiencies and the increased ability to support global safety collection and risk management.
Argus Safety also offers customizable reports across multiple datasets allowing for a more comprehensive data review, the company claimed.
In addition, Novella’s PVG department is utilizing technology to increase efficiencies in case processing, including department-wide electronic workflow and case management (all files are 100% electronic) and automated reconciliation of SAEs.
