Health Insights’ MedicaPlus is one of the comprehensive Hospital Information Management System applications to be developed in the Middle East.
Health Insights’ decision to partner with InterSystems follows the successful port of MedicaPlus to run on CACHE and a series of rigorous tests using SQL database queries.
By using CACHE, Health Insights has increased the scalability and performance of its applications, which means that it can lower costs for its customers and reseller partners through reduced hardware and database administration requirements.
Health Insights CEO Nasser Shehata said that CACHE will enable them to provide high performance and scalability to meet the needs of even the largest of hospitals.
The partnership enables InterSystems to double the installed base of healthcare information solutions based on its advanced software technologies in the Middle East.
In turn, Health Insights will benefit from InterSystems’ extensive global presence and partner network in pursuing its own international expansion plans.
