DestinationRx to rebrand as DRX

DestinationRx, a provider of web-based prescription drug comparison and Medicare health plan comparison and enrollment services, has decided to rebrand the company as DRX.

The company’s decision is backed by the company’s growth in the healthcare inductry from its origins in prescription drug pricing and purchasing technology to its expansion into broader drug and health plan comparison technology and data services.

DRX president and CEO Randy Herman said they are continuously adding new solutions to help organizations attract new customers and reduce costs through technology.

"We are renaming the company DRX to better reflect our capabilities and growth in the healthcare industry," Herman said.

"Later this month, we will be demonstrating our mobile health tool at Health 2.0. in San Francisco."
