Clinverse enters into strategic partnership with eClinical Insights

Clinverse, a US-based firm that automates the financial lifecycle of global clinical trials, has entered into a strategic partnership with eClinical Insights, a provider of cloud-based clinical trials software.

ClinPay solution of Clinverse automates sponsor payments to clinical vendors, investigators, and other parties across the entire financial lifecycle of a clinical trial, reducing workload and costs while improving transparency and control.

The integrated technology platform from eClinical Insights delivers real time visibility and control across disparate systems and diverse teams, providing actionable information through in-stream clinical trial intelligence and workflow capabilities.

Clinverse CEO Denis Connaghan said together, the companies are able to offer CROs and clinical trial sponsors a best-of-breed, fully integrated solution that delivers real-time visibility across the eClinical ecosystem.

"Joint customers stand to gain a measureable return on investment, increased competitive advantage, and decreased ramp-up time and learning curve," Connaghan said.

By utilizing the ClinPay application programming interface (API) and eClinical Insights proprietary integration framework, the integrated solution provides seamless data integration with any other clinical technology.

With the financial lifecycle management of ClinPay and the combined trial management capabilities of eClinical Insights’ TrialOps Director and inTrial Metrix applications, sponsors and CROs can further improve the performance of their clinical trials while substantially reducing labor costs related with payment and accounting processes for clinical vendors and investigative sites.

eClinical Insights president and CEO Peg Regan said adding Clinverse as a strategic partner in the company’s integrated technology network enables it to expand the reach and capabilities of its platform.

"This partnership and integrated solution fit seamlessly with our philosophy and approach to improving trial performance across a complex eClinical ecosystem," Regan said.
