ClearDATA, Liaison partner to expand cloud-based healthcare solutions

ClearDATA Networks and Liaison Technologies have formed a strategic partnership to collaborate on solution offerings for new and existing healthcare clients.

Under the deal, Liaison will deliver its data services to customers in the healthcare industry on ClearDATA’s HIPAA-compliant cloud platform.

The deal will see Liaison become a referral partner of ClearDATA’s solutions and recommend them to CIOs or clinical executives looking for high-performance big data bursting capabilities or to offload the burden of storing and managing protected health information and other heavily-regulated healthcare data.

Liaison Technologies CTO and Liaison Healthcare executive vice-president Bruce Chen said data security and industry compliance is foundational to the company’s data management and integration offerings.

"This new agreement demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standards in data management, protection and compliance to our customers," Chen said.

"With the alliance with ClearDATA, our healthcare and life sciences customers now have added confidence in our expanded portfolio of solutions."

In addition, ClearDATA will now be able to expand its offerings to include Liaison’s healthcare solutions.

Liaison’s data management and integration solutions will provide healthcare and life sciences companies to bring value to clinical data, improve patient care, speed new products to market and enhance operational efficiencies.

ClearDATA CEO Darin Brannan said the company is dedicated to bringing best-in-class cloud computing services to the healthcare and life sciences industries.

"Liaison has an outstanding reputation for quality and innovation, and we are excited to team with them to connect partners across the health spectrum — from life sciences, to hospitals, physicians, payers and patients," Brannan said.
